1. Scope
These Terms govern the use of Fodoni Network.
Fodoni Network is a B2B SaaS platform. It is not a broker, intermediary, or contractual party between users.
2. Eligibility
The platform is intended exclusively for businesses.
Consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB are not permitted to use the platform.
3. Account & Verification
Accounts may require verification before full functionality is granted.
Fodoni reserves the right to reject verification without obligation to provide reasons.
4. Subscription Model
Certain features (including contact release and offer creation) may require a paid subscription.
Pricing and subscription terms are defined separately.
5. Platform Liability
Fodoni:
- Does not guarantee transaction success
- Does not verify all listing content
- Is not liable for agreements concluded between users
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence unless mandatory statutory law applies.
6. Termination
Accounts may be terminated:
- By the user at any time
- By Fodoni in case of violations
